Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Facilitates proactive technical visits to customer facilities to maintain strong relationships with factory leadership.

  • Responds to customer concerns or complaints, providing technical assistance in the field or virtually to support resolution.

  • Supports and facilitates customer development trials, including pretrial preparation and assessment of product utility throughout customer operations.

  • Conducts internal development trials to support material qualifications, optimize additive loadings, and assess performance interactions between process conditions and film characteristics.

  • Collaborates with internal teams to communicate findings and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.

  • Supports the implementation of customer feedback into technical and operational processes. 

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based projects.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred (e.g., Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline).

  • 0–2 years of relevant industry experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Works in both office and manufacturing environments, which may be noisy and fast-paced.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 60% domestic travel required to support customer visits and development trials.
