Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
Duties/Responsibilities
Facilitates proactive technical visits to customer facilities to maintain strong relationships with factory leadership.
Responds to customer concerns or complaints, providing technical assistance in the field or virtually to support resolution.
Supports and facilitates customer development trials, including pretrial preparation and assessment of product utility throughout customer operations.
Conducts internal development trials to support material qualifications, optimize additive loadings, and assess performance interactions between process conditions and film characteristics.
Collaborates with internal teams to communicate findings and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
Supports the implementation of customer feedback into technical and operational processes.
Required Skills/Abilities
Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based projects.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred (e.g., Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline).
0–2 years of relevant industry experience.
Physical Requirements
Works in both office and manufacturing environments, which may be noisy and fast-paced.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Travel Requirements
Up to 60% domestic travel required to support customer visits and development trials.
