Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team
Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer
Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers
Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers. Separate art provided by
customers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred
·Experience: Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred; Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) a plus; Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) a plus; Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus
· Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, Detail oriented with a high level of organization, Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time.
