Duties/Responsibilities

Design packaging artwork, marketing collateral, and digital assets in alignment with brand standards.
Develop infographics and data-driven visuals for sustainability and corporate communications.
Create and maintain branded PowerPoint templates and presentation decks for internal and external use.
Produce and edit video content, including drone filming, videography, and post-production.
Design and manage WordPress websites, landing pages, and UX/UI layouts.
Support trade show visuals, booth graphics, and environmental design for events.
Maintain brand consistency, color accuracy, and digital asset libraries.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Sustainability, R&D, HR) to translate complex or technical topics into visual formats.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field required.
Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience in a marketing or creative environment.
Experience in packaging design strongly preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
Proven ability to design and build PowerPoint templates with dynamic, branded layouts.
Experience with WordPress, UX/UI, and web layout tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Skilled in video editing, storyboarding, and basic drone operation or filming.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color management.
Knowledge of print-file preparation, color separation, and flexographic printing processes.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
