Duties/Responsibilities

  • Design packaging artwork, marketing collateral, and digital assets in alignment with brand standards.

  • Develop infographics and data-driven visuals for sustainability and corporate communications.

  • Create and maintain branded PowerPoint templates and presentation decks for internal and external use.

  • Produce and edit video content, including drone filming, videography, and post-production.

  • Design and manage WordPress websites, landing pages, and UX/UI layouts.

  • Support trade show visuals, booth graphics, and environmental design for events.

  • Maintain brand consistency, color accuracy, and digital asset libraries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Sustainability, R&D, HR) to translate complex or technical topics into visual formats.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience in a marketing or creative environment.

  • Experience in packaging design strongly preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).

  • Proven ability to design and build PowerPoint templates with dynamic, branded layouts.

  • Experience with WordPress, UX/UI, and web layout tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

  • Skilled in video editing, storyboarding, and basic drone operation or filming.

  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color management.

  • Knowledge of print-file preparation, color separation, and flexographic printing processes.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.

  • Occasional travel may be required for filming, events, or trade shows.
