Job Title: Workday Analyst (Entry/Mid-Level)

Location: San Antonio – TX

Job Type: Full-Time, on-site

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational to intermediate experience in Workday, particularly in security configurationbusiness process management, and end-user support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our Workday environment to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Workday modules, focusing on security rolesbusiness processes, and user access management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist in the configuration and testing of Workday updates and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
  • Provide training and support to users on Workday functionality and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Workday in an analyst or support role.
  • Solid understanding of Workday securitydomain and role-based access, and business process configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proactive and consistent communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, or Talent.
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools (e.g., custom reports, calculated fields).
  • Familiarity with Workday community.
  • Workday Pro certifications are a plus but not required.

Compensation:

55,520.00 - 83,280.00 USD Annual
