We are seeking a motivated Network Administrator to join our IT department. This role will support the design, administration, and maintenance of enterprise systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a foundation in systems administration and networking, with a desire to grow into a more senior engineering role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration, monitoring, and support of enterprise infrastructure systems across data center, cloud, and end-user environments.
  • Support IT initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Provide tier-2/3 escalation support for help desk and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on projects to improve performance, reliability, and security of IT services.
  • Participate in routine maintenance, patching, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
  • Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to evaluate and implement new technologies, including voice and collaboration systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring, automation, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or related roles.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting ability 
  • Working knowledge of server, storage, networking, and virtualization concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern collaboration tools, and enterprise backup solutions.
  • Experience supporting end-user computing environments and virtual desktop infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • A growth mindset with interest in learning new technologies and platforms.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting ability

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Exposure to enterprise voice or phone system migrations.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, networking, virtualization, or security) are a plus.
