Who we are looking for:
First Eagle is seeking a Business Optimization Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts across the firm. This highly visible role will report directly to the Head of Business Optimization and partner with leaders across Corporate Infrastructure, Investments and Distribution teams to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. We’re looking for a structured, hypothesis‑driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills who can lead cross‑functional initiatives, shape decisions, and deliver change.
What you will do:
Lead Strategic Business Transformation Initiatives
Translate firm strategy into clear project execution plans and strategic roadmaps.
Help drive the definition, prioritization and execution of projects supporting First Eagle's strategic initiatives while providing tools, templates and guidance to colleagues currently managing other business projects
Build project business cases, define objectives/key results (OKRs) and establish success metrics and governance cadences.
Prioritize and execute firmwide transformation initiatives (e.g., target operating model changes, sales enablement, data strategy/automation).
Map current‑state processes and design future state operating models aligned to strategic goals.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative analyses into executive‑ready narratives to enable decision making.
Build integrated project/workstream plans to manage critical path, risks, and interdependencies.
Accelerate Firmwide AI Adoption
Lead the design and execution of the firm’s AI adoption program to identify, prioritize, and scale high‑value use cases.
Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology/Cybersecurity to establish governance and guardrails.
Run pilots and proofs of concept with clear success criteria; measure and communicate impact.
Drive enablement through communications, training, and communities of practice.
Drive Post-Merger Integration
Support diligence through post‑close integration planning and execution.
Develop integration playbooks and workstream charters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track synergy realization (revenue, cost, capital), manage dependencies, and achieve Day‑1/Day‑100 milestones.
Support cultural alignment, communications, and change adoption.
Optimize Key Enterprise Systems
Administer and optimize Monday.com as the firm’s enterprise project management tool, ensuring it enables transparency, collaboration, and portfolio visibility.
Partner with Finance and other stakeholders to continuously improve and support Workday Financials, including enhancement delivery, KPI tracking, and adoption.
Monitor user feedback for both platforms; lead improvement efforts that enhance user experience and efficiency.
The qualities you should have:
3–5 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy/transformation. Financial services experience is strongly preferred; asset management exposure is a plus.
Hypothesis‑driven problem solver; comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative analysis and translating insights into action.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from framing through implementation and value capture.
Solid project management fundamentals and process improvement experience (Lean/Six Sigma concepts).
Change leader skilled in stakeholder management, facilitation and communications.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; Experience using Monday.com or similar work management tool; Exposure to modern AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude); Experience with Workday (nice-to-have).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to craft C‑suite‑ready materials.

Base Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
