BCBSNE is happy to offer three work designations for our Omaha area employees: in-office, hybrid, and remote.What you'll do:
Build and optimize data pipelines and orchestration using cutting-edge cloud technologies, automation, and AI.
Manage and reconcile complex data sets to maintain accuracy across enrollment and renewal processes.
Streamline customer onboarding and fulfillment workflows on our platform.
Support group enrollment and renewal activities with a focus on reliability, speed, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data quality, governance, and security across all systems.
Design and implement robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Databricks to enable scalable, high-performance data processing.
Develop and maintain Azure-based solutions, including: Azure Data Factory for orchestration, Logi Apps and Function Apps (with .NET components) for automation, Azure Storage (Blob, Data Lake) for secure and efficient data storage.
Work with Informatica Cloud for data integration and transformation where applicable.
Support data modeling, metadata management, and integration with enterprise systems to enhance interoperability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data integration and automation processes quickly and effectively.
Apply ETL/ELT best practices for data movement and transformation as part of a broader data capabilities framework, enhanced with AI-driven orchestration.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:
Knowledge of modern data architectures (e.g., Data Lakehouse, Delta Lake).
Experience with automation frameworks and scripting for process optimization.
Exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools.
Background in data management and master data services.
