To strengthen our team at our location in Wietmarschen-Lohne, we are looking for a
Water Line Integrity, a venture of the Rosenxt Group, ensures the safety, efficiency, and longevity of critical water infrastructure through cutting-edge inspection technology and deep industry expertise. As part of the Rosenxt Linegy brand, we are building a scalable commercial presence to bring our advanced water line integrity solutions to market.
As Vice President– Linegy Europe, you will lead our European commercial, operations and business execution with our established service portfolio and full P&L responsibility. You ensure that our explanation-heavy inspection and integrity services are delivered efficiently end-to-end – from acquisition to execution – while achieving fast project turnaround and outstanding customer satisfaction. In this role, you steer growth and operations teams across Europe, define regional tactics and execution standards, and shape a scalable, high-performing business area in close collaboration with the Realization leadership.
Take overall P&L responsibility for the Water Line Integrity business in Europe, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth and efficient use of resources.
Drive highest realization performance by combining deep customer understanding with lean, reliable execution processes for explanation-heavy services from acquisition to project close-out.
Define, implement and continuously improve execution processes for the Business Area specific service portfolio in line with guidelines from Business Field Management and the CEO Realization.
Define Business Area specific goals, objectives and commercial tactics for the region (e.g. customer segmentation and assignment, target markets/customers, pricing, prioritization) to achieve ambitious growth and margin targets.
Review commercial proposals prepared by Growth and Operations teams, balancing opportunity, risk and capacity to protect profitability and delivery performance.
Set clear commercial targets for assigned Growth teams and project delivery targets for Operations teams, including order intake, revenue, margin, utilization and on-time delivery.
Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing Growth and Operations teams. Lead and steer teams to maximize commercial success, ensuring close alignment between sales promises, technical concepts and operational delivery.
Ensure aligned market messaging and key customer communication for the Business Area in line with regional and group guidance, ensuring a consistent, value-driven positioning of our Water Line Integrity solutions.
Ensure fast and successful project execution across our service portfolio, proactively managing risks, removing roadblocks and safeguarding high customer satisfaction and repeated business.
Manage the regional Business Area budget, including forecasting, monitoring and corrective actions to achieve financial and operational KPIs.
Act as primary escalation level for execution-related conflicts (e.g. scope, quality, timelines, customer expectations) and drive constructive, customer-oriented solutions.
Collaborate with Creation application engineering teams to ensure that technical solutions meet commercial requirements and achieve outstanding customer acceptance.
Collaborate closely with Business Field Management/CEO Realization, venture incubation management and support functions to align strategy, capacities, investment needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
To become part of the Rosenxt family, you convince through a highly motivated, entrepreneurial and independent way of working. Moreover, you should bring:
12+ years of experience in a commercial leadership role (e.g. Business Area/Unit Manager, Regional Manager, Head of Operations/Sales) with P&L responsibility in B2B services or industrial environment, ideally in utilities, water infrastructure or critical infrastructure.
Proven track record in managing explanation-heavy service businesses – from acquisition to execution – with strong focus on realization performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Strong experience in defining and optimizing execution processes, including project governance, handover from sales to operations, risk management and performance tracking.
Demonstrated ability to steer both Growth and Operations teams, set clear targets, provide structured feedback and develop people towards high performance and ownership.
Solid understanding of commercial steering (pricing, contribution margin, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio steering) combined with strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience building businesses and teams from the ground up to scale.
High customer orientation and excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to handle escalations and negotiate solutions with demanding customers.
Strong communication skills in German and English; another European language is a plus, as is high willingness to travel within Europe.
