ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Maintain exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Perform clerical duties, including processing of paperwork within the Business Center.
- Maintain an effective, organized system for package storage and handling.
- Operate forklift and similar equipment to move inbound / outbound packages.
- Assists with processing financial transactions using a Point-of-Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
- Ensures confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents and packages
- Follows Business Center’s standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service and security policies and procedures
- Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proactive with attention to details.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to set priorities, work schedules, and meet department deadlines.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- At least 21 years of age.
PREFERRED
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
- Must regularly lift and/move up to 50-75 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
