Maintenance Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated entry level Information Technology professional to join its EV battery Technology team. This position is a diverse group of engineers and scientists working to develop EV battery system techniques using robotics, inspection, and data acquisition equipment. We are seeking a candidate to support the hardware, software, and network infrastructure required for these development operations. Train and develop staff for success in the company goals and for future opportunities. Create a positive and highly effective working environment based on mutual respect and a shared goal of being the number one supplier to our customers. Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with both internal departments as well as external resources. Coach all employees for success and improvement. Proactively watch and take advantage of coaching opportunities as they present themselves. Provide frequent feedback to employees, sharing expectations and enforcing accountability. Collaborate with support areas to ensure Safety, Quality and Cost demands are met.
