Primary Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a student with a Finance, Economic, or Accounting background, who is a self-starter and organized. Responsibilities include assisting members of the organization with various projects related to monitoring and servicing portfolio companies, assisting in due diligence for potential new investments, including market research and analysis of industry trends, financial modelling, and valuation.

The intern will also have opportunities to work with deal teams to evaluate and support cross-departmental strategic initiatives by researching and identifying potential new investment opportunities, and participation in the development and implementation of departmental work-flow processes.

Requirements:

Must be currently enrolled in a college program. Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to use Windows applications such as Microsoft Office.
