Drive demand generation for our services lines and build brand awareness
Lead and manage a cross-functional team of marketing professionals to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable, measurable deliverables
Oversee execution across digital marketing, content development, creative direction, events, sponsorships, and proposal generation
Act as the day-to-day leader of the internal agency model, optimizing workflows, timelines, and capacity
Collaborate with the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy to ensure alignment between strategic goals and implementation
Promote a high-performing, service-oriented culture within the marketing team
Measure team performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance delivery quality and speed
Maintain high standards for brand consistency, campaign effectiveness, and creative impact
Identify and develop key marketing processes while leveraging technology solutions—including marketing automation (Salesforce/Pardot), CRM (Salesforce), CMS, and AI—to enhance the impact and efficiency of integrated campaigns
Supervisory responsibilities
Will lead and supervise subordinate team members
Work environment
Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions
Physical demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Travel required
Limited travel, as needed
Required education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
15 – 20 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years leading a cross-functional team
Experience in an agency, internal agency environment or professional services organization
Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and creative production
Proven ability to lead complex marketing initiatives from concept to execution
Experience managing a team and cross-functional leadership
Preferred education and experience
Background in B2B or professional services marketing
Familiarity with project management tools

This range considers many factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s knowledge, job specific skills, experience, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000.
