JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Transaction Services Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to leverage their financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic advisory skills in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). As part of our Transaction Advisory Services team, you will work closely with clients to assess financial risks, analyze business performance, and support successful deal execution

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions

  • Analyze financial statements, revenue trends, and operational data to evaluate business performance

  • Identify key deal risks, financial adjustments, and quality of earnings (QoE) insights

  • Prepare financial models, projections, and valuation support for transactions

  • Communicate findings in clear and concise reports for clients and senior leadership

  • Collaborate with investment banks, private equity firms, and corporate clients to support transaction execution

  • Support in post-transaction integration planning and financial structuring

  • Work is conducted in a professional office environment with minimal distractions

Physical demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and performing work in front of a computer screen for long periods of time

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time

Travel required

  • Travel may be frequent and unpredictable, depending on client’s needs

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or Finance with strong academic performance

  • 1 – 3 years of audit / corporate finance / transaction advisory service experience

Preferred education and experience

  • Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) designation
