We’re looking for a commercially minded Head of Marketing to lead EROAD’s New Zealand marketing strategy and play a pivotal role in accelerating growth, strengthening brand leadership, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes across our priority markets.

About the role

As Head of Marketing – New Zealand, you will own and execute the NZ marketing strategy, driving new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and long-term brand strength. You’ll lead a high-performing local marketing team, partner closely with Sales, Product and Customer teams, and build a scalable demand generation engine aligned to EROAD’s commercial objectives.

This role also plays a critical part in shaping performance marketing and revenue alignment across New Zealand, Australia and North America.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the NZ marketing strategy aligned to revenue, pipeline and retention goals
  • Build and scale demand generation programmes across digital, Account Based Marketing, content and events
  • Strengthen EROAD’s brand presence, share of voice and market positioning
  • Lead customer marketing initiatives that drive engagement, adoption and retention
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing NZ marketing team
  • Lead global performance marketing, product marketing and HubSpot maturity
  • Partner cross-functionally to align marketing, sales and revenue operations

Skills & required experience

  • 10+ years’ senior marketing leadership experience with exposure across B2B, SaaS or related industries highly regarded
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation and enterprise marketing
  • Product marketing and GTM leadership capability
  • Advanced experience with paid media, SEO, CRO and marketing automation
  • HubSpot Enterprise experience highly desirable
