Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about products and sales techniques.

  • Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.

  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience in managing sales teams across multiple regions.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
