We are looking for a Marketing Referral Associateto join our exceptional team at Central Florida Periodontics & Implantology!  

The Marketing Referral Associate is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referring dental and medical offices, ensuring a seamless referral experience for both providers and patients. This role supports practice growth through proactive outreach, marketing coordination, and data-driven relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Referral Relationship Management

  • Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with referring offices and medical partners.

  • Conduct regular outreach, including office visits, follow-up calls, and referral appreciation activities.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the periodontal practice and referring providers, ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth referral workflows and patient follow-up.

Marketing & Outreach Support

  • Execute referral marketing initiatives that promote the practice and increase patient flow.

  • Coordinate lunch-and-learn events, continuing education sessions, and community activities to expand referral engagement.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute branded materials, digital communications, and event promotions.

  • Represent the practice at community and professional events in a manner consistent with SGA’s values.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain a detailed referral database to track relationships, outreach activity, and referral outcomes.

  • Monitor referral volume and source data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare regular reports to share with practice leadership, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement.

Operational Collaboration

  • Partner with the front office and clinical teams to ensure referred patients are scheduled promptly and receive excellent service.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and operations teams on outreach effectiveness and referring office needs.

  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance the referral experience and support the practice’s growth objectives.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM or referral tracking systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Knowledge of dental or healthcare operations preferred.

  • Ability to maintain confidential information and represent the practice positively in all interactions.

  • Travel required within the region to visit referring offices and participate in community events (up to 50%).

Education/ Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred.

  • Minimum two years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer relations, preferably within a healthcare or dental environment.
