Your responsibilities:

• Lead the pre-study and provide proposals for the management to make a decision for investment project or new product localization project.

• Lead Investment Project (IP) execution from Gate0 (Initiation) to Gate7 (Benefits delivery).

• Make feasible project plan and align with stakeholders. 

• Lead technical clarifications with suppliers and make sure Technical Agreement is signed off on time, budget & requirements.

• Control and monitor the whole project lifecycle to make sure the project is running as planned.

• Lead the pre-acceptance & final acceptance to make sure the production line or machine fulfils the Technical Agreement.

• Use the planned parts to perform the machine tests.

• Also take responsibility for New Product Localization Project Management.

• Communicate with technical and project support from Accelleron Switzerland

• Lead local project team from Sales, SCM, Production, Quality & Other relative functions during the localization phase.

• Make sure project OTD & quality to meet the requirements.

• Be capable of handling the priority or resource conflicts.

• Drive localization project to meet Target Cost. 

• Other tasks or job assigned from the Project Manager

• Lead internal L6S projects and business projects if possible

Your background:

• Bachler or master’s degree

• >3 years proven Project Leader in investment or product project

• Process, product, or design background

• Fluent English in writing and speaking

• PMP/NPDP certificate preferred
