Job Description

  • Attending and actively recruiting at events such as grad fairs 

  • Communicates with prospective students consistently for recruitment questions and answers 

  • Manage admissions interviews by scheduling and uploading applications 

  • Onboarding of students including enrollment paperwork- meets with each new student to review documents for enrollment and registration 

  • Tabulate student practicum/placement hours 

  • Conduct clinical paperwork auditing of all enrolled students 

  • In collaboration with Director of Clinical Placement, can assist in conducting Clinical Placement presentations for student trainees 

  • In collaboration with Director(s) of Clinical Placement, provide ongoing support for student trainees in accurate completion and timely submittal of practicum documentation.  

  • Prepare electronic placement files for incoming students (and physical files, if necessary) 

  • Update Master Clinical Placement tracking chart.  

  • Update approved Placement Site/Agency list 

  • Prepare Trainee Status Letters and Certificates for distribution by Clinical Director(s). 

  • Update Clinical Placement Tracking Chart (and Tevera platform, if applicable) with trainee information, site and supervisor information, insurance information, MFT Trainee Evaluations, Documentation of Personal Psychotherapy, and practicum academic hours.  

  • Maintain Site Affiliation Agreements in SharePoint and notify Director(s) of upcoming expiration / renewals 

  • Stay abreast of BBS/Academic Program Requirements/COAMFTE practicum stipulations and assist with documentation gathering, if necessary.  

  • In collaboration with Academic and Clinical Directors, assisting with any program events including Orientation and Graduation commencement, etc.
