Dental Lab Technician

You'll use state of the art equipment to fabricate, paint, stain, and print.
You'll play a critical role in maintaining lab efficiency and quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
Prosthetic Fabrication & Finishing
Paint and stain nano and hybrid restorations to achieve accurate shade matching, esthetics, and functional integrity
Finish and detail restorations according to prescriptions, doctor preferences, and lab standards
Review and interpret lab scripts to ensure all case requirements are met accurately
3D Printing & Digital Workflow
Print hybrid restorations and related components using 3D printing technology
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot 3D printers to ensure optimal performance and output quality
Manage post-processing procedures including curing, cleaning, and inspection of printed cases
Case Management & Quality Control
Ensure all cases are completed accurately and delivered on time
Maintain consistent quality control standards throughout all stages of production
Equipment Maintenance
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of all laboratory equipment
Identify and report equipment issues promptly and assist with repairs or servicing as needed
Maintain maintenance logs and follow proper equipment care protocols
Inventory & Supply Management
Order and restock laboratory supplies, materials, and hybrid maintenance parts
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and workflow delays
Ensure proper storage and handling of all lab materials
Compliance & Organization
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work environment
Follow all lab protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards
Assist with continuous improvement of lab processes and workflows
Communicate effectively with team members regarding case status, timelines, and special instructions
What You Need:
Prior experience as a dental laboratory technician preferred
Certified Dental Technician (CDT) preferred
Accredited dental laboratory technology program completion preferred
Experience with nano and hybrid restorations strongly preferred
Proficiency in 3D printing and post-processing workflows
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
