 Point of Care Media – Senior Sales Director

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Representative in the Point of Care (POC) Media industry with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing within the POC Media space and will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling advertising and promotional solutions to clients in the healthcare industry. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have a strong understanding of the POC Media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
• Develop proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and projects
• Manage a sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately
• Mentor and coach junior sales representatives

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience in the POC Media industry with a proven track record of success
• In-depth knowledge of the POC Media industry, including industry trends, competitors, and key players
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel as needed

Compensation Range:
$100,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
