Coordinator, Chief of Staff
We are seeking a dynamic Coordinator, Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in both operational and enterprise-level initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Associate, Chief of Staff, you will contribute to the success of our business by contributing to vital corporate reports, tracking progress on key goals and initiatives, and refining company policies and manuals to ensure our continued growth and efficiency.
As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across various high-impact activities, gaining valuable exposure to governance, corporate reporting, strategic planning, and internal communications. To excel in this role, you should be a creative and results-driven individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in business management and executive-level collaboration.
The ideal candidate is an excellent writer with incredible organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless interdepartmental cooperation. Qualifications
A four-year degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required
A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in project-based work
In lieu of a degree, additional work experience is acceptable
Software proficiency—advanced level of proficiency with:
Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Adobe InDesign (and other Creative Cloud platforms)
Able to adapt to and learn how to use project-specific software systems as needed
Proven track record of multitasking projects and meeting deliverables
Tech savviness, an eye for detail, and meticulous organization skills
A high level of professional maturity and a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
