Job Summary:¬Ý

The VP of Operations will be responsible for operational leadership, on-the-ground execution, and scale of PIC. Reporting to the President, the VP of Operations will ensure consistent performance, operational efficiency, and integration. This role is accountable for aligning cross-functional teams to deliver predictable revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:¬Ý

• ‚Äã‚Äã‚ÄãLead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãDrive revenue enablement by aligning sales, customer success, and support functions.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãEstablish scalable processes and performance metrics across operations.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãPartner with the President on growth strategies, business reviews, and execution cadence.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãMentor and develop leadership talent across the business.‚Äã‚Äã¬Ý

Skills & Competencies:¬Ý

• ‚Äã‚ÄãStrong operational and financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãProven track record of scaling software or technology-enabled businesses.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãExpertise in process improvement, organizational design, and KPI-driven management.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãAbility to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãExcellent communication, change management, and leadership presence.‚Äã¬Ý

Minimum Qualifications:

• ‚Äã‚Äã15+ years of leadership experience in software, SaaS, or vertical market technology companies.
• ‚ÄãExperience managing multi-business unit operations, ideally in a portfolio or PE-backed environment.
• ‚ÄãDemonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and margin improvement.¬Ý
• ‚ÄãBachelor‚Äôs degree in business, operations, or related field (MBA preferred).‚Äã¬Ý
