We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in Korea.

Installation of equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications.
Provide on-site, remote technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Provide Technical Support remotely for EOS customer install base.
Performs Preventive Maintenance procedures within the scheduled time.
Completes and submits all service documentation accurately and completely following EOS procedures and guidelines.
Cooperation in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations.
Work closely with 2nd Level Support to ensure local install base is maintained to company standards.
Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports.
Management of EOS service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets.
Travel local or abroad to support training and field service/technical support work.
Fluent English communication
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Basic mechanical engineering knowledge
Understanding of electrical wiring, PLC, and pneumatic diagrams
Familiar with PC setup, Windows OS, networking, and MS Office
Customer-focused with ownership mindset
Professional appearance and conduct
Able to work independently under pressure
Willingness to travel internationally
Valid driver’s license and passport
