Job Description:
Compensation: Compensation for this role is $94,187 - $105,960 and is based on experience.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications for this position is October 8, 2025. Meow Wolf reserves the right to extend this deadline if necessary.
The Facilities Manager will oversee facilities maintenance and improvements for the Denver exhibition. Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Exhibition, this individual will direct the maintenance crew to maintain a safe and engaging facility. This entails but is not limited to; daily reactive maintenance, weekly routine maintenance, staff scheduling, determining and scheduling preventative maintenance, vendor management and Fire/Life/Safety inspections. Additionally, the Facilities Manager is in charge of a budget and must negotiate with outside vendors and contractors. Ideal candidates have great communication skills, strong facilities maintenance skills, and confidence working with building automation systems.

Work Environment:
This position works primarily in an indoor setting with exposure to noisy environments, dim lighting, strong visual effects including strobing lights, special effects, fog machines and small and/or enclosed spaces.
Physical Demands
The employee will comply with company and OSHA standard workplace safety protocols.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, working a minimum of 40 hours a week. Typically M-F during regular business hours. It requires a flexible schedule to accommodate emergencies. Occasional evening, overnight and weekend work are required as projects demand.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does require supervisory responsibility.
Travel:
Travel is not required for this position.
