At Accelleron Central Operations Team, we are establishing a high-performing global support team in Querétaro dedicated to delivering services across the globe on business processes, including Request to Quote, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Contract to Cash.

 

As part of the initial hires at our new centre, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping its operational foundation. You will not only execute critical customer support function but also assist in establishing effective procedures within the centre.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and stabilization of the new operations centre.

  • Manage and process service and spare part quotations in response to customers

  • Accurately record and maintain inquiry data within systems, ensuring all technical and commercial details (pricing, Incoterms, export compliance, etc.) are correct.

  • Facilitate order booking in ERP systems, guaranteeing proper part selection, timely deliveries, and compliance with customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with the spare parts centre for order placement via EDI/ATURB and verify that applicable discounts are applied.

  • Ensure timely invoicing upon delivery and precise cost collection and booking.

  • Maintain and uphold master data accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.

Your background:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience:> 5 years

  • Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in order handling, customer support, or supply chain operations, preferably within an international setting.

  • Demonstrated customer orientation with a commitment to quality and responsiveness.

  • Practical experience with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is advantageous).

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a capacity to work effectively across diverse cultures.
