Position Description:
This position is on site Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm with on-call rotations every 9 weeks. Employee is responsible for the user support of computer applications and hardware.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor degree in a technology related field or working towards same desired.
Strong knowledge and skills in PCs, Windows and MS Office application, knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experienced in computer hardware support required.
Minimum of two years experience preferred.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
Diplomacy, tact, organizational skills, office skills and confidentiality are a must.
