Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration for Dynamics 365 F&O or BC implementations.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Deliver workshops, document business processes, and prepare functional specifications.
- Support system testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Partner closely with technical consultants to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or BC) or legacy versions (AX, NAV).
- Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following: Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.), Distribution / Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Warehousing, Procurement, Sales Order Processing), and Manufacturing (Production, BOMs, MRP, Shop Floor Control)
- Proven success leading functional design and implementations for complex, multi-site organizations.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
