Required Qualifications
As a Parking Event Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and positive parking experience for guests attending campus events. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating parking operations, assisting customers during entry and exit procedures, and addressing concerns in accordance with established University policies. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills, especially when managing challenging customer interactions. Event Staff must be available to work part time variable hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts, based on event scheduling.
