Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT team with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide technical support to employees, ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related inquiries.
- Participate in the setup and configuration of computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Collaborate on projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and workflows for future reference.
- Conduct inventory checks for IT equipment and assist in asset management.
- Research and recommend innovative technologies to improve IT operations.
- Adhere to company IT policies and procedures, ensuring data security and compliance.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work part-time or full-time during the internship period.
- Prior IT experience or coursework is a plus but not required.
