Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of professional experience in the areas of learning, training, or talent development.
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of learning and talent development strategies.
Skill in developing instruction or training.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to effectively use technology to create an effective learning experience for adult learners.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
This position requires an on-site presence. May be able to work remotely one day per week.
As an exempt employee, the incumbent will be expected to work the hours needed to manage the duties of their position. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
This position is an essential employee related to catastrophic, weather, or other emergencies and may be required to come to campus/work remotely when the University is closed.
Position may be required to submit an annual Outside Professional Activities Report to the University.
