Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving operations, including dock scheduling, unloading, and product inspection.

• Ensure timely and accurate put-away of inbound products.

• Track inbound KPIs such as receiving accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and vendor compliance.

• Coordinate with procurement and quality teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Train, coach, and evaluate receiving staff to maintain high performance and compliance.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for inbound operations.

• Perform operational responsibilities including shift openings/closings and payroll reporting.

• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

• Recommend process improvements to increase inbound efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable).

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations.

• Knowledge of inbound processes and receiving compliance standards.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Forklift and OSHA certification preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
