Your Impact:

• Work within a production support ticketing system to help resolve issues and support data requests.

• Query and manipulate data using TSQL.

• Apply business and technical logic when troubleshooting issues.

• Learn how to use the enterprise systems and understand the business workflows.

• Identify and report on trends when working support issues.

• Read and understand C# and TSQL code.

• Suggest changes or improvements within the systems area to Enterprise Systems Leadership

• Effectively communicate technical concepts.

• Ability to understand technical documentation.

• Ability to prioritize work based on direction from leadership.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Associates degree or higher in computer science, business or related field; 1+ years of relational database management systems experience.

• Strong interpersonal skill with a proven ability to interface with both technical and business team members at all levels within an organization.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
