Are you curious about how physical commodity trades are executed behind the scenes? Do you enjoy working with numbers, coordinating moving parts, and making sure everything runs smoothly?

Join us as an Operations Intern and gain hands-on exposure to the operational engine of a global energy trading business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Oil Operations team in their daily activities and gaining insight into how commodity trading works in practice.

• Coordinating operational aspects of physical trading books, from contract to execution.

• Assisting in the execution of physical trades in line with contractual terms, ensuring safe and cost-effective delivery.

• Monitoring operational and business risks, flagging issues where needed, and supporting mitigation actions.

What we are looking for:

• Strong interest in commodity markets and global trade flows.

• Currently studying at university, ideally in a quantitative or business-related field.

• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills.

• Comfortable working with numbers, well-organised, punctual, and able to perform under pressure.

• Fluent in English.
