Job Title: Director of Food & Beverage
Job Summary:
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, catering, and banquets. This role ensures guest satisfaction, team engagement, profitability, and adherence to brand standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for hospitality, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in upscale food & beverage operations.
