Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Complex Director of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee all F&B operations across our luxury hotel portfolio. This role will provide strategic direction, operational excellence, and exceptional leadership to ensure a world-class dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end hospitality and a passion for innovation, service, and quality.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all food and beverage outlets, banquets, and catering operations across multiple luxury hotel properties.
Partner with General Managers, Executive Chefs, and property-level F&B teams to achieve financial goals and uphold brand standards.
Develop and implement creative F&B concepts, menus, and promotional initiatives that align with the luxury guest experience.
Drive operational consistency, cost control, and profitability while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of F&B leadership and hourly teams across the complex.
Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and product quality.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximize banquet and catering revenue opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance for all F&B departments.
Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and excellence across all teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, including multi-property or complex oversight in a luxury or upper-upscale hotel environment.
Proven success in leading large, diverse teams and managing high-volume operations.
Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in driving revenue and controlling costs.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury dining trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Ability to travel regularly between properties as required.
