Dive into troubleshooting application and service issues, with mentorship from experienced colleagues.
Respond to system health alerts swiftly, ensuring reliability through proven operational procedures.
Help safeguard service availability after hours during scheduled on-call rotations.
Drive improvements by collaborating with development teams to implement system changes and service requests.
Partner with peer teams to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges.
Uphold operational excellence by following and enhancing documented processes and change management practices.
Own your growth by participating in ongoing technical and professional development initiatives.
Take ownership of resolving escalated software, service, and system issues independently.
Diagnose root causes behind system alerts and drive corrective actions to completion.
Identify application defects early and escalate them for resolution proactively.
Manage operational tasks confidently across Linux and Windows server environments.

This position is open only to individuals authorized to work in the United States on an indefinite basis.
