Education: Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, counseling, psychology, college student personnel, special education, or other fields related to the delivery of services to a university student population, from a regionally accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years experience working with college students, prevention education, and leadership. Experience with writing grant reports. Experience creating graphics and social media content for marketing and promotion
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Title IX, the Clery Act, and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), including their implications for campus prevention, reporting, and response efforts.
Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and the needs of individuals affected by sexual assault, dating/domestic violence, and stalking.
Knowledge of prevention education theory and best practices, including public health models of primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention.
Skill in writing grants reports.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
