Nature of Work
Assist in Medical Compliance program implementation by performing specialized functions distinctive to Medical Compliance.
Typical Responsibilities
Produces and composes routine correspondence or documents pertaining to the program(s) being administered.
Provides guidance and information regarding the administrative procedures surrounding the program policies, procedures, or services.
Processes data related to the administration of the program(s) following pre-determined procedures.
Compiles and/or coordinates fiscal data as it relates to the program; reconciles and monitors program accounts.
May assist upper-level management in the overall administration pertaining to the program.
During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job-related duties at a designated on- or off-campus location or place of residence.
Marginal Functions
Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Departmental Requirements
Experience in Microsoft Office Programs.
Displays a positive, self-motivated personality with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrates a caring and patient attitude and utilizes resolution skills when interacting with students and staff.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Florida Statute 112.219.

This position has a reporting requirement because the University believes that responsibility for students, campus activities and/or campus security will make the holder of this position someone members of the University community will see as an authority figure and someone to whom they can seek help. A CSA is not expected to investigate or determine whether a criminal incident actually took place. A CSA ’ s responsibility is a duty to report. All positions designated as CSAs are required to complete an online or in - person training session.
