One80 Intermediaries is searching for a part time Accounting Analyst to work 25 hours a week at our Richmond Heights OH location.

This individual is responsible for accounts payable and general accounting duties, such as tracking expenses and completing reconciliations. They provide customer service regarding researching payment issues for vendors and research and resolve discrepancies.

Your Impact:

• Entry and tracking of purchase requisition, vendors and invoices into D365
• Entry, payment, and mailing of miscellaneous invoices and commissions
• Paying, tracking and reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions
• Assist with monthly receivable invoicing and payment application
• Prepare mail merge letters for escheatment

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Associates Degree or 3-5 years experience in accounting or related field
• Experience in AR/ AP is a plus
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and policy administrative systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is between $25.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
