Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Director – Strategic Mobility Solutions to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of non-traditional transportation programs that complement and enhance the traditional transportation provider (TP) network. This role drives innovative, scalable, and cost-efficient models to improve access, optimize delivery performance, and meet evolving client and market needs. Additionally, this role collaborates across departments to integrate digital-first fulfillment strategies, oversee key vendor relationships, and pioneer new service models across diverse markets.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Twelve (12) plus years of experience in transportation, operations, or healthcare network management.
Eight (8) plus years leadership experience, including multi-team oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced Healthcare and Transportation industry experience a plus.
Experience working within ADA compliance frameworks and with regulated provider networks.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Expert knowledge of transportation network operations, regulatory environments (e.g., ADA, Medicaid), and contract/vendor management.
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-region operational functions in a matrixed organization.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance management.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Salary: $159,900 - $215,900
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
