CCJ/JMS Equipment Manager

Job Description:

CCJ/JMS are looking for an equipment manager for our audio/visual equipment. Duties include:

  • Inspecting equipment bags for all important items prior to check out.
  • Inspecting the bags when returned to ensure all items have been brought back in good order.
  • Keeping written check in and check out records of equipment.
  • Following up with students with late equipment via email.
  • Keeping the equipment room in good order by ensuring all equipment is returned to its proper and organized place.
  • Staying in contact with the CCJ director via email on late equipment returns.

A successful candidate will be organized, methodical and reliable. Preference will be given to juniors and seniors who can work two evening shifts and one day shift for a total of 10 hours per week. Federal Work/Study funding is required with this position.

Pay: $15 per hour
