Office Assistant and Social Media Manager

Job Description:

The History and Africana Studies departments are looking for a student for the combined role of office assistant and social media manager. The position is 15 hours per week with 10 hours spent as office assistant and 5 hours as social media manager of the History and Africana Studies Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok accounts. 
A well qualified candidate will be sophomore level or higher, well versed in creating engaging and professional social media posts, familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and Canva for creating graphics. Candidates should also be well organized, self starters and able to work on long-term projects. 

The position is 15 hour per week at $14 per hour. Work-study funding is a must for this position.
