Position Summary
- Responsible for planning, implementation and managing the daily operations of the Second Act program.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or related field
Licenses and Certification
Experience and Skills
- Technical Experience: 3 years in Healthcare Marketing and Education
- Supervisory Experience: 1 years
- Knowledge of Medicare Options preferred
Physical Activities
- Intermittent hand manipulation required
- Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20-30 pounds which can be modified
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Identifies needs and strategies for Second Act program.
- Assesses consumer and referral source satisfaction with Second Act program.
- Organizes and facilitates education and wellness programs, health fairs and screenings, exercise programs, etc.
- Oversee Medicare Counseling services;
- Serves as liaison to community agencies and organizations.
- Naturally outgoing personality maintaining positive representation of SIH in all interactions.
Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
$55,369.60 - $85,820.80
