Position Summary

  • Responsible for planning, implementation and managing the daily operations of the Second Act program.

Principal Accountabilities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or related field

Licenses and Certification

  • N/A

Experience and Skills

  • Technical Experience: 3 years in Healthcare Marketing and Education
  • Supervisory Experience: 1 years
  • Knowledge of Medicare Options preferred

Physical Activities

  • Intermittent hand manipulation required
  • Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20-30 pounds which can be modified

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Identifies needs and strategies for Second Act program.
  • Assesses consumer and referral source satisfaction with Second Act program.
  • Organizes and facilitates education and wellness programs, health fairs and screenings, exercise programs, etc.
  • Oversee Medicare Counseling services;
  • Serves as liaison to community agencies and organizations.
  • Naturally outgoing personality maintaining positive representation of SIH in all interactions.

Compensation (Commensurate with experience):

$55,369.60 - $85,820.80
