CSR Facilitator - Community Supervision & Corrections Department

  • Directs, assigns and manages projects for probationary workers and work crews.
  • Prepares monthly work crew reports and performs data entry functions.
  • Maintains and issues equipment to probationary workers and work crews.
  • Recommends equipment expenditures.
  • Maintains case documentation of CSR hours performed.
  • Assigns duties and plans work of others.
  • Transports probationers to and from worksites, tows trailer, and works in outdoor environments throughout the year.
  • Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2 years job related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of probation procedure and supervisory skills.
  • Construction, building maintenance and lawn maintenance skills.
  • Computer knowledge and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, probationers and elected officials.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $18.31 - $22.89 hourly based on qualifications

CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
