POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide technical direction to team members as they support Kroger digital merchandising and data quality objectives. Support best practices for item setup and improving customer’s digital experience.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on your team’s schedule
  • Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure accurate and on-time completion. Report any concerns to the Senior Manager
  • Provide ongoing feedback and direction to team members
  • Execute eCommerce item setup responsibilities between internal teams and suppliers
  • Take responsibility for the Not Good to Order Report and ensure submissions are happening to remediate those items
  • Monitor system issues and open tickets/work with Kroger Technology and Digital for resolution
  • Monitor shared inbox with the analyst to ensure timely responses
  • Work with data quality, item setup, merchandising teams and suppliers
  • Work with Kroger Technology and Digital Team, Syndigo, Salsify, and 1WorldSync for system support and testing
  • Professionally and effectively represent PL Marketing with members of the Kroger company and suppliers.
  • Assisting in any special projects as needed

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Proficient Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web-based applications
  • Understanding of Kroger eCommerce item setup
  • Strong leadership, coaching and management skills
  • Capability to collaborate with others and contribute effectively to a team
  • Expert organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively craft and deliver a message to senior level executives
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task


MINIMUM PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Must be able to:
    • remain standing/sitting for several hours at a time
    • lift 10-15 lbs. occasionally

  • Data Analyst / Digital Item Setup Analyst
  • Digital Merchandising Specialist / Digital Merchandising Analyst
  • Administrative support position in an office environment
  • Retail or grocery experience
