Position Summary
- Assesses daily work and directs staff on work assignments. Troubleshoots and problem solves disruptions in daily work. Collaborates and communicates with HI Manager statuses of operational work and barriers.

Education
- Associate’s degree preferred
Licenses and Certification
Experience and Skills
- Technical Experience: 3 years
Physical Activities
- Intermittent hand manipulation required
- Intermittent lifting and carrying of 20 pounds
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Assists HI Operations Manager with training and leading the Health Information technical workforce.
- Monitors workflow and job assignments.
- Communicates with departments on health information documentation issues and resolves issues in an appropriate manner.
- Provides leadership in the absence of the manager.
- Performs job duties when staff are absent, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
$18.28 - $27.42
