The Library Operations Manager serves as the manager-on-duty and a first-line decision-maker for the university’s main library during assigned hours, leading front-facing student services and ensuring a welcoming, responsive, and well-coordinated service environment. As part of the Access and Borrow Department (A&B), this role reports to the Manager, Access & Administrative Services, supervises two Library Technicians and one Senior Library Technician, and oversees public spaces and service delivery to maintain a safe and productive setting for study and research.
