Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager will support senior account management teams in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. This role is crucial for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the brokerage.

Your Impact:

  • Assist Account Managers in preparing and presenting insurance proposals and renewals to clients.

  • Process new business and renewal applications, endorsements, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain and update client files and CRM records with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Act as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries, directing complex issues to the appropriate Account Manager or department.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, marketing) to ensure seamless client service delivery.

  • Support clients with claims reporting and follow-up, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, taking notes and assisting with follow-up actions.

  • Prepare reports and analyses related to client accounts, policy data, and market trends.

  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client service and streamline internal processes.


Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing or support role.

  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

  • Strong understanding of various insurance products and coverages.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate demeanor.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service.
