JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Food Runner/Pool Attendant

Department: Food & Beverage

Supervision Exercised: None

Supervision Received: F&B Manager

QUALIFICATION

Strong communication and customer service skills

Education

High School Students

May - August

Schedule: Fridays to Sundays, 4 hours per day (exact hours to be determined)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take and deliver food and drink orders to pool guests.
  • Stock pool towels and ensure the area is well-maintained.
  • Stock towels in the gym.
  • Clean the pool deck and surrounding areas, including removing trash and en- suring cleanliness.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience. Communicate any pool violations to security personnel.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside events or activities.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and answer questions.
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and compliance with pool rules.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift light to moderate items (such as towels and food trays) and remain on feet for extended time periods.
