Schedule:

5 day / 40 hours including weekends. Saturday thru Wednesday or Wednesday thru Sunday. 8am-4pm Pacific Time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • Respond to prospective client inquiries, via phone, chat, or web form and ensure they receive the information they need in order to move forward with our services.

  • Track activity effectively and complete all steps of successful intake to assessment conversation

  • Outbound sales calls to previously contacted clients and leads with goal to assist with answering remaining questions and move client to intake completion and assessment conversations

  • Answer inbound calls inquiring about start of home care for selves or loved ones

  • Provide information to inbound and outbound callers through exceptional customer service and proficient communication coupled with the ability to overcome objections and provide features and benefits of TheKey services

  • Schedule in-person assessments with a qualified care manager to move clients forward to start of care

  • Communicate effectively within the local management team to ensure relevant lead information provided is meeting requirements and is communicated in an effective and timely manner to complete assessment conversations

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

  • Previous experience with intake/inside sales role, healthcare preferred

  • Actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions

  • Assess information quickly, make recommendations, and find solutions

  • Problem solve to overcome obstacles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-Motivated; seeks feedback to improve

  • Ability to make and take a volume of phone calls as well as email, text, chats, etc

  • Time management, organization, follow-up, and multi-task skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds

  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day

  • Ability to use standard office equipment
